"Kelton is the boss. He helped us with grading, smoothing, seeding, and applying a top coat on a good size portion of yard that was previously overgrown with buckthorn. His communication was excellent, and he gave us all the info we needed to make the best decisions. Price was fair and he took his time to do us right. We’ve got another section of yard to clear of buckthorn next year, and we’ll definitely reach out to Tryon Grading again."

"I called Kelton to spread some soil and seed to help my grass grow thicker. He fit me right into his schedule and did an amazing job! Despite it being pretty late into fall the fresh grass seed has sprouted fairly well, and I couldn’t be happier with Kelton’s work!"

"I contacted Kelton about clearing some land and putting a gravel base down for a shed as well as getting some sand and top soil dropped off.
